My background spans architecture, medical simulation, and beauty. Working across those fields has taught me to see the whole picture, understand how the pieces connect, and get into the details that make an idea work in practice.
I’ve built an innovation lab from a single desk, invented surgical training tools, and led product development through rapid business growth. Along the way, I’ve seen how much time, money, and energy teams can lose when early decisions don’t account for what comes next.
That’s what shapes my approach: the decisions you make today shape what’s possible tomorrow. I ask questions, challenge “that’s just how it’s done,” and help teams work through the choices that turn a promising concept into a finished product.
I bring both a designer’s curiosity and an operator’s attention to detail. I love figuring out how something could work—and then bringing together the people, partners, and processes to make it happen.
